MLY Investments, LLC. was formed in 2014 to develop and manage the franchise rights for bringing 22 Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers to the territory in Eastern Iowa and Central Illinois. MLY Investments currently operates 9 stores in Eastern Iowa and 1 in Central Illinois. 3 more locations are to be built in 2024 throughout the territory as well, which was extended into Rochester, MN and La Crosse, WI as of 2023.
 

MLY Investments, LLC opened its first store in 2015 in Cedar Rapids, IA. Our Vision is to make a Positive Impact in the lives of every person we meet, by being a Bright Spot in their day. We are a proud partners of numerous groups in the communities in which we have stores, including veteran's organizations.
